(3/14/18)- Steven Zarzycki finished with a match-high 15 kills and a .464 hitting percentage as the #4 Kean University Men's Volleyball team extended their match winning streak to 15 games with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-20) straight sets sweep of Marian University on Wednesday evening.
Ian Capp finished with another double-double of 36 assists and 10 digs for the Cougars who improve to 21-2 overall. Jon Smallpage totaled 11 kills for the Sabres who fall to 9-13 overall.
Kean posted a .311 hitting percentage for the match and out-dug Marian, 47-32. After dominating set one, Kean needed late runs to take set two and set three by identical 25-20 scores.
Nick Breslin finished with a season-high 15 digs.
Head Coach Charlie Ginex and the Cougars close out their Midwest trip in Aurora, Ill. on Friday, Mar. 16th, against nationally ranked Dominican University and Aurora University, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
