EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. (11/2/25) – The Kean University women's wrestling team competed in the East Stroudsburg Open on Sunday to kick off the first ever season for Women's Wrestling at Kean.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

• At 103, Gianna DeThomas defeated Aidalish Cruz (Springfield Tech) a fall victory in the consolation bracket.
• DeThomas opened the afternoon with a Round of 32 loss to Mackenzie Smith (York College, Pa).
